How do I place an order with The Stitchery Company?

Placing an order with us is easy. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.

What we need to know from you: your logo in any digital picture format, what garments you require and their purpose.

What you get from us: a stitched sample of your logo and a quote. If you are happy with these then we can proceed with your order.

Where are you based?

We are based in Battle in East Sussex and operate all over the south east and even have clients in London!

Can I supply my own garments?

Yes! We are happy for you to supply your own garments if you wish, or you can choose from our range of thousands of garments.

How much will it cost to have my garments embroidered?

There are two costs involved the setup cost and the cost of the order itself. The setup cost is for us programming the machines to stitch your logo and also includes a stitched out sample. This is a one off cost and is priced based on the stitch count. We do not charge setup for stock lettering.

The other cost is unit cost which is the cost of the garments (if required) + the cost of the embroidery itself.

Can you Embroider any font or logo?

Pretty much! The key is, the simpler the better. Also, Shading cannot be embroidered so some logos may have to be slightly adapted if they include shading. It's a process we have done hundreds of times so please get in touch so we can talk you through it.
